If you struggle to find long stay parking in the town where you work, or the cost if parking is creeping up, you may be able to find a closer, cheaper parking alternative by renting out someone's drive or garage. As councils seek to reduce the number of long stay parking spaces around their towns, in line with the government's policy, parking will become harder to find, and as a result, more expensive!
In addition to this, some railway stations have very limited parking, so finding a driveway to rent nearby may ease the pressure of finding a parking space!
